Terms of Sale
FMB Wheels LLC · Last updated July 28, 2026
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of products by FMB Wheels LLC (“FMB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Utah limited liability company, to you (the “Customer” or “you”). By placing an order with FMB, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1.Forged, Made-to-Order Products
FMB wheels are forged, made-to-order products. We offer both our own existing (“stock”) designs and fully custom, one-off designs. In either case, each set is forged specifically for your order, to the specifications, dimensions, fitment, and finish confirmed for that order. Because every set is built to order and is not held as finished inventory, the terms below regarding payment, cancellations, lead times, and returns reflect the made-to-order nature of the product.
2.Ordering & Design Approval Process
A typical FMB build follows these steps:
- Choose your build. You submit your specifications — or choose one of our existing designs — through our Start Your Build form.
- Confirmation. We confirm your design, fitment, and finish, using your reference images or CAD drawings if you are going fully custom.
- Payment to lock in your order. You pay for your order in full to lock in your production slot, and we get started. A single payment reserves and begins your order; there is no separate deposit-and-balance schedule.
- Design render & approval (custom designs). For custom, one-off designs, we prepare a detailed render reflecting your specifications and fitment for your review and written approval before your order moves forward to production. Your written approval finalizes the specifications. It is your responsibility to confirm that all dimensions, offset, fitment, bolt pattern, center bore, and finish are correct before approving.
- Production, finishing & delivery. Your wheels are forged, machined, finished, and inspected, then shipped to your door.
3.Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is made in full at the time you place your order to lock in your production slot and begin work. Design and production work do not begin until payment is received. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required.
4.Cancellations & Refunds
- Stock designs. You may cancel for a 50% refund up until we release your order to the factory — typically within a few business days of payment, once we have confirmed your specifications are good to go. After that, your set is committed to production and is non-refundable.
- Custom, one-off designs. When you bring us a bespoke request, we are unable to offer a refund. The wheels are engineered and forged to your exact specifications — bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, brake clearance — and that fitment means they cannot be resold to another customer.
Once an order has been released to production, all sales are final.
5.Lead Times
Estimated lead time is approximately 5–8 weeks from first form submission to delivery, with a typical build running about 5–6 weeks end-to-end. A representative timeline breaks down as: spec & design approval (less than 1 week), production & forging (about 2 weeks), finishing & inspection (about 1 week), and shipping (about 2 weeks; free continental U.S. shipping, with worldwide shipping available on request and expedited air freight offered for an additional cost).
These are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Timelines may extend during Chinese New Year (late January–mid-February) and Golden Week (early October), or when a build requires complex multi-stage finishes (such as brushed-then-clear, custom multi-tone, or hand-polished work), and may otherwise be affected by manufacturing schedules, quality control, international freight, customs clearance, and other factors outside FMB’s reasonable control. Reasonable delays do not entitle the Customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation. We will keep you informed of your order’s status and confirm a realistic timeline upfront.
6.Fitment Responsibility
You are responsible for confirming correct fitment for your specific vehicle and setup. Any fitment guides, charts, specifications, or recommendations published by FMB are provided as general reference only and do not account for every vehicle’s individual modifications, suspension, brakes, tire choice, or other variables.
By approving your design (Section 2), you confirm that the specifications — including diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, and finish — are correct for your application. FMB is not responsible for wheels that do not fit, rub, or perform as expected due to specifications you provided or approved, or due to vehicle modifications not disclosed to us. If you are unsure of your fitment, contact us before approving your design.
7.Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to FMB within 2 business days of receipt, along with photographs and retention of all original packaging, so that a freight claim can be filed. Failure to report damage promptly may limit our ability to assist with a claim.
8.Returns
Because all FMB wheels are forged, made-to-order products built to your specifications, they are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final, except as expressly provided under Cancellations & Refunds above. This does not affect your rights under the Limited Warranty below for covered manufacturing defects.
9.Limited Warranty
FMB warrants its wheels against defects in workmanship and materials as follows, to the original purchaser, with valid proof of purchase:
- Structural: Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.
- Finish: 1 year from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers only defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover, among other things:
- Improper installation, mounting, balancing, or torquing, or installation by an unqualified party;
- Damage from impact, potholes, curbs, road hazards, rock chips, or debris;
- Cosmetic wear, corrosion, or finish damage caused by neglect, improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, brake dust, or environmental exposure;
- Use in racing, competition, off-road, or other use beyond the product’s intended street application;
- Overloading, improper tire fitment, or exceeding load ratings;
- Modification, repair, re-machining, re-finishing, welding, or alteration of the wheel by anyone other than FMB;
- Normal wear and tear.
FMB’s sole obligation under this warranty, at our discretion, is to repair or replace the wheel(s) determined by us to be defective. This warranty does not include cash refunds and does not cover labor, mounting, balancing, shipping, or any incidental costs. To make a claim, contact us with your order details and photographs.
10.Installation & Use
Wheels must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with proper procedures, including correct lug/bolt torque specifications and the use of appropriate hardware and, where applicable, hub-centric rings. Improper installation or use voids the warranty and may create a safety hazard. The Customer assumes all responsibility for safe and lawful use of the product.
11.Product Appearance & Tolerances
Forged products carry the natural characteristics of the forging and finishing process. Minor variation in finish, color, and texture is normal and is not a defect. Colors shown on screens and in renderings are representations only and may differ from the finished product. Specifications may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
12.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMB’s total liability arising out of or related to any order or product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. FMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or lost time, arising from the use, misuse, improper installation, or failure of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13.Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to the payment, cancellation, and refund terms above. Payments made for forged, made-to-order products are non-refundable except as expressly described in these Terms, and initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in contravention of these Terms is a breach of this agreement. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
14.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15.Changes to These Terms
FMB may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order governs that order. The current version is always posted on this page.
