This Privacy Policy explains how FMB Wheels LLC (“FMB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit fmbwheels.com (the “Site”), contact us, or place an order. By using the Site or ordering from us, you agree to the practices described here.
1.Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, request a build, or place an order, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, vehicle and fitment details, design preferences, and any message you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We receive limited confirmation information about your transaction (such as the amount, status, and the last digits and card type) but not your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our systems and hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit, including through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2.How We Use Your Information
- To process, build, and fulfill your order, including custom design and shipping;
- To communicate with you about your order, design approval, and support requests;
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form or by email;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To prevent fraud and protect the security of our business and customers;
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- To send marketing or promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them (see Section 10).
3.Legal Bases & Why We Process
We process your information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order), to pursue our legitimate business interests (operating, securing, and improving our business), to comply with our legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent (such as for marketing or non-essential cookies).
4.Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site. These include:
- Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site to function, maintain security, and remember basic settings;
- Payment and fraud-prevention cookies set by Stripe during checkout to process your payment securely and help detect fraud.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works.
5.How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who act on our behalf, including our payment processor (Stripe), our website hosting provider, our email provider (Google Workspace), and shipping carriers, who receive only the information needed to perform their service;
- Legal and safety reasons, such as complying with law, responding to lawful requests, or protecting our rights, property, or safety and that of others;
- Business transfers, if FMB is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6.Third-Party Services
Some of our providers maintain their own privacy practices. In particular, payments are handled by Stripe; you can review Stripe’s privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy. The Site may also contain links to third-party sites (such as our social media profiles); we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
7.Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support and warranty service, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8.Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to opt out of certain uses, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), you may request access to or deletion of your personal information and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it. We do not sell your personal information.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete their information.
EEA / UK visitors. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10.Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing or promotional emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages related to your order.
11.Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12.International Visitors
FMB is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, which is always posted on this page.
